Admission Information
Kids Plays is limited to children 13 years and under. For safety reasons, there is a height limit (5ft) that is enforced. A parent or guardian MUST accompany a child during open play at all times.
A daily pass for each child is $15 for one day only. Adults are FREE.
Kids Plays accepts cash, debit cards and the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.
Yes. Our passes are good all day long. Please have your wristband(s) dated by a staff member before leaving. If you lose your wristbands, please present a receipt as proof of purchase. Upon returning, please present your wristbands to a staff member at the Entrance.
A waiver must be signed to play at Kids Plays. An electronic waiver is available here. Adults and children play at their own risk. A waiver is valid for one year.
Yes. Socks can be purchased in various sizes at the Entrance. NON- SLIP socks MUST be worn at all times by all members including ADULTS to promote a safe and sanitary environment.
Only those who have booked a party can bring in outside food, snacks, or drinks. We also offer the option to order food for your party here.
We are located at Oakview Mall in Omaha on the lower level across from Bath and Body Works and Pink.
There are no additional charges other than admission at Kids Plays for open play.
Membership Information
We offer monthly and annual plans. Click here to view our membership plans.
Monthly Memberships are available at $39.99 per month for one child and $29.99 for any additional children of the same household. This membership is billed every month.
Annual memberships are available at $29.99 per child and $19.99 for any additional children of the same household. This membership is billed annually.
All monthly memberships renew automatically every month on the calendar date of sign up; or every year on the calendar date of sign up for annual membership unless we receive a cancellation request via email at least 2 weeks before renewal date. There are NO REFUNDS if a subscription renews without a cancellation request. We prefer email cancellation requests for documentation and transparency purposes.
Party Reservation Questions
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday parties are $300 for 10 or less kids ($50 per additional child) OR $350 for 11-20 kids ($20 for additional kid).
Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties are $350 for 10 or less kids ($50 per additional child) OR $400 for 11-20 kids ($20 per additional kid).
Parties are a maximum of 2 hours and include 2 hours private access to the party room.
Yes, those who have booked a party can bring their own food, or they can order food in advance.
You are welcome to bring decorations to personalize your party. However, we have some decorations in place that we hope you will like. Popular items to bring are balloons, table covers and banners. We discourage bringing too many decorations because it takes too much time to set up and limits the amount of party time. Hint: Keep it simple and just focus on spending time and celebrating your child’s big day.
We recommend at least a month in advance. This way, there are more time options to choose from. Depending on the time of year, party times are limited.
Weekend time slots also tend to be limited. You may schedule your party up to a year in advance.
Book your party here to reserve your spot. A deposit must be paid when booking online.
Once your party is reserved online, you will receive an email from Kids Plays with details of your party. Your party is not reserved until a deposit is made and you have received your party confirmation. If you cannot book online, please give us a call at (531) 867- 3450 to reserve your party. A deposit must be paid when booking over the phone and in person. No exceptions.
All parties last 2 hours and include 2 hours private access to the party room.
Yes. If you must cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling of the party may be possible. Rescheduling of your party can be done by calling Kids Plays (402) 715-0920 as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to current date and time availability. Rescheduling is only allowed one time.
Your deposit goes toward your final balance.
Guests can fill out the waiver here. It is the party host’s responsibility to obtain completed waivers from guests.
Party Guest Rules
Kids Plays birthday parties are limited to 20 kids for standard parties. Any additional child is $20 per child for a total of 30 kids. Parties should not exceed 30 kids total. A final head count will be determined during your party.
No, adults are FREE at Kids Plays.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. You will not be allowed into the party room until 10 minutes to your party start time.
Party Day Rules
Yes, if you have a scheduled birthday party.
A Scheduled party means that your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation email.
Kids Plays is open to the public for play during parties unless otherwise posted. Check this website or Facebook for those exceptions. The reservation is for a private party room but the gym is open to the public during open hours.
Please wait until the end of your party to pay your final bill. That way we can make the appropriate changes to your total. Your party assistant will bring you a summary of your final bill for you to review. Once you have reviewed that, your bill will be waiting
at the Entrance.
Party Food
Food is available to order for birthday party reservations only. Items available for ordering include Pizza, chicken wings, chicken tenders, coke products, Honest juices and bottled water. Food has to be ordered in advance and on our website.
Order food when booking a party or at least 48 hours before your scheduled party. All items are subject to change without notice. Substitutions of items may occur depending on availability. Substitutions of some items may be available.
Facility Rental
