Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The $75 booking fee is non refundable. Rescheduling a party is possible based on availability.

Day passes are non-refundable but could be used for a different day. A proof of purchase will be required.

Food orders can be canceled and refunded minus the transaction fees charged credit card companies. For a full refund minus transaction fees the food order must be canceled 48 hours in advance by phone only.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of receiving your refund approval email, first check your bank account again. If still there is no refund reflected in your account, then contact your financial institution for further investigation. There are often varying amounts of processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, than can be transferred to someone else. Contact info@kidsplaysomaha.com for more information.
